For many homeless people, a place to call their own is nothing more than a dream - council lists are long and private landlords demand deposits far beyond the reach of those with limited income. We enable people to put their foot on the first rung of the accommodation ladder by providing rent bonds and short-term deposits, often allowing that person to take up employment and get their lives back on track.
