An ecumenical Chaplaincy Team is employed by Southampton Hospital's Trust with pastoral responsibility for the General Hospital, the Royal South Hants and Moorgreen. The Catholic Chaplain is supported by a  volunteer team who take Holy Communion to the sick in the wards.
